Reflecting on his own experiences, Doval shared that he was born during a time when India was still under colonial rule, unlike the fortunate generation present at the event today. He honored the sacrifices of renowned freedom fighters such as Bhagat Singh, Subhas Chandra Bose, and Mahatma Gandhi, highlighting their relentless pursuit of independence despite facing numerous challenges.
"While revenge may not be the most pleasant word, it can serve as a tremendous motivating force," he noted.
